Our Standard Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. All product supplied to any customer remain the property of Acomb Music Online until paid for in full.
1.2. All products are subject to availability.
1.3 If a product is no longer available, a suitable replacement will be recommended where available.
1.4 Products are subject to price change without prior notice. Should an order be received at an older price during a price change, an e-mail notification will be given and the option of cancelling or continuing with the order will be given.
1.5 All items are delivered free of charge to any UK address.
1.6 Orders to anywhere else other than a UK address will be subject to additional delivery charges depending on location. Delivery charges will be quoted on request.
2. Warranty/Guarantee
2.1. All products are guaranteed to arrive to you in excellent condition.
2.2 If a product arrived to you in a condition you feel is sub standard, then notification must be given to Acomb Music Online within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
2.3 It is not the responsibility of Acomb Music Online if any damage occurs to any item after delivery
2.4 It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return carriage of any item of furniture other than if the item is damaged on delivery.
2.5 Acomb Music Online is happy to refund or exchange an item should the item not be suitable, but Acomb Music Online must be notified within 48 hours of the items delivery.
